The winner and finalists of the FRH Photo Competition 2024 were selected at the Jury meeting held on 25 October 2024. The competition closed with 858 photographs from 100 countries all over the world.
Stéphane de Rouville (France) was chosen as the overall winner of the 2024 edition for his photograph ‘Arco de Santa Catalina‘, which shows the former convent of Santa Catalina in Antigua, Guatemala, and its reflection in the water on the road.
The eight finalists selected by the jury for the exceptional quality and meaning of their photographs are: Hamidreza Hamzehpour (Iran), Pyae Phyo Thet Paing (Myanmar) in the category of Religious Buildings; Yoe Yar (Myanmar), Sirsendu Gayen (India) and Stanislav Trofimov (Russia) in the category of Artefacts; and Dmitrii Kiselev (Russia), Stanislav Trofimov (Russia) and Apratim Pal (India) in the category of People and Events.
