NORWAY – preventing arson, cause of 40% of church fires

KA, the Association for Employers in the Church of Norway and Church-related NGOs, has published a guide to preventing church fires, particularly those caused by arson. Most arsonists operate on impulse, using combustible objects found on site, such as mobile garbage containers.
