Spain: European Award for Architectural Heritage intervention

Spain: European Award for Architectural Heritage intervention

Only one month left to enter the 2017 AADIPA Awards! Architects and architectural firms, town planners, historians, archaeologists or AADIPA members, are eligible for entry.

The contest is aimed at consolidating itself as a catalyst and observatory of new challenges added to the conservation and intervention in built heritage by the globalization of contemporary architecture. It aims primarily to distinguish heritage good practice and contribute to its disclosure.

The deadline for submission of documentation is April 14th 2017 (midnight).

All submissions must be entered into one of the above categories and they must have been conducted or published in the period between January 1st, 2010 and December 31st, 2016.

The same author may present more than one work, piece or publication. A single intervention can apply for the award in different categories; however, specific documentation required for each of the categories must be presented.

The Award is directed by Ramon Calonge, Oriol Cusidó, Marc Manzano and Jordi Portal, architects members of the Association of Architects for the Defence and Intervention in Architectural Heritage (AADIPA).
