Congratulations to the Förderkreis Alte Kirchen Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. on being awarded the Deutsches Nationalkomitiee für Denkmalschutz (DNK) prize for the protection of historic monuments. It was awarded in a ceremony on Monday 28th October in the Berliner Museum für Kommunikation by the President of the National Committe of DNK. The inscription notes the more than 500 activities to protect the heritage of Brandenburg and the vital role it has played in working with and forming a link between other organisations to achieve its aims. Its enthusiasm, dedicated work and successful fundraising campaigns to protect the built environment are exemplary.
