DigiVatLib: The Vatican’s digital library

DigiVatLib is a new digital library service that provides free access to the Vatican Library’s digitized collections of manuscripts and incunabula.

Since 2010, the Vatican has been working to digitize its entire Library collection of manuscripts: 80,000 codices mostly from the Middle Ages and Humanistic period.

DigiVatLib is based on the International Image Interoperability Framework (IIIF) technology, making digital materials easily accessible and usable.
